Kelly Ramsey

Filed under: Exosite — Kelly Ramsey @ 8:03 pm

My name is Kelly Ramsey. I’m 33, male, and currently a graduate student in sociology at the University of California, Irvine. I run this blog with an iron fist.

Why are you blogging under your real name?

Pseudonymity makes it easy for other people to ignore or dismiss you.

How do I contact you?

Email kelly @ whichever domain brought you here. Alternately, send me a message on Virb or MySpace.

Why have you copyrighted your blog and photographs? Why don’t you release them under a Creative Commons License?

I’m asserting copyright because my livelihood and my reputation derive from my creative output. In the unlikely event that you want to redistribute my material, email me and ask. I’m friendly enough.

Bark at the hole because it makes an ancient rumbling sound? Huh? Eww.

Bark at the Hole was the old name of my blog. I’ve redirected the domains here, but I didn’t intend for the two names to connect. No, really. (But I do think it’s funny.) Actually, “It makes an ancient rumbling sound” comes from an episode of Lexx, season 2.
